Refund Policy

We want you to love your Akaav purchase. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
- Items purchased during final sale or special clearance, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

If your return is approved:
- Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on serviceability.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
